Payments & Fees

Final payment is due upon completion or as agreed in the payment schedule.
Late payments may result in paused work, delays, or additional charges.

Materials & Warranty

We offer workmanship guarantees for a limited period (specified per project).
PGD will use quality materials appropriate for each job.
We are not liable for defects in client-supplied materials or third-party hardware.

Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits may be non-refundable if work has already started or materials have been purchased.
Clients may cancel a job before work begins with written notice.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on progress made.

Third-Party Contractors & Suppliers

Any agreements made with those third parties are directly between the client and the vendor.
PGD may recommend trusted third-party contractors or suppliers for specialized work.
PGD is not responsible for delays, damages, or pricing from third-party vendors not contracted directly through us.

Use of Our Website

You may not copy, distribute, or use our website materials without written consent.
All content on our website, including images, text, and branding, is owned by PGD.
